And while David Griffin Jr of DH Griffin Companies bought the Carolina Corporate Center in July of 2014, it was none other than SASCO 2008-C2 MBD HOLDINGS, LLC, a subsidiary of LEHMAN BROTHERS HOLDINGS INC. 1271 AVENUE OF THE AMERICAS NEW YORK NY 10020, who owned the property in 2011.
