A story semi-explaining why Greensboro's water bills keep rising, deleted by the News and Record

"The city has taken the burden off landlords for tenants’ unpaid water bills.

…the rest of the city’s water users will have to pick up the costs for unpaid bills…

It is debt that other water users would have to cover, according to a staff memo."

Notice the News and Record story has been deleted, as the paper has removed its content from public view a few times over the last decade, leaving most who may want to research our city's past unable to, for the benefit of our aristocracy and governmental leadership, which seems to stay the same, regardless of the names of whichever puppets on strings.

Guess who benefited most from the switch?

This was when I figured out how crooked Greensboro is.
