Cheif Scott Speaks Out On Sack Methany

Got the following e-mail from Greensboro Police Chief Wayne Scott concerning Zack Methany's Friday morning DWI today:

So I replied:

"Chief Scott,
Taking into consideration your explanation as to "The procedures and tests used throughout the incident that ultimately lead to the arrest of Mr. Matheny for Driving While Impaired" I'm sure you'll have no problem with seeing to it your department sends me the following information before 5:00 PM Today:
*Arrest Ticket
*Incident Report *911 CAD of the call The CAD will confirm to us if any transporting was done.  *Audio of the 911 call *Copy of the citation
so that our readers will know the full story: http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2015/10/media-hides-zack-methany-dwi-story.html
Thank you
-Billy Jones"

Now if what the chief is telling us is true he should have no problems in fulfilling my request as all the documents I asked for are public record and have all been previously asked for.

Let's see if his department makes it anywhere close to the deadline.

Update: In my haste I missed that we already had the CAD Report indicating that GPD did in-fact give Mr Methany a ride home and the 911 call placed by the officer who found him passed out in his car.

Of course, having read the CAD yet another issue comes to bear:  Who signed Zack out and why didn't he or she drive Zack home?

Perhaps someone would like to provide us with Mr Methany's release order showing the name of the person who signed him out?

Update 2: 5:05 PM. Chief Scott hasn't replied but I did get a photo of shit faced Zack. Click on the photo for the full mind numbing effect.

Update 3: 5:24 PM. Incident Report  I find it interesting that the incident report lists Zack's aka as Bryan Methany instead of the more commonly used Zack Methany.
