The City of Greensboro recently retired the debt incurred for the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. Or did they? No one seems to know. And we're about to give control of the City's greatest gem to Matt Brown and the same folks who don't know?

And just so you do know, accounting for public funds is supposed to be an exact science.

Why is the Greensboro News & Record not disclosing that the N&R owns the land?

Greensboro's Performing Arts Center should be built on City owned properties inside the little green circle and not downtown.
