A Downtown Greensboro Geriatric Center

Or, A Visit To Grandma's

That's Milton Kern's latest scheme for downtown Greensboro. I can't help but wonder how it will fit in with all the hip hop clubs and bars? Not to mention downtown being the most dangerous neighborhood in Greensboro according to the Greensboro Police Department. Seems like a really nice place for old people, don't you think? "Mommy, Mommy, can we go visit Grandma today?"

"Oh no, Dear, it's much too dangerous where Grandma lives," a young mother cautions, "We'll have to wait and see if she makes it out alive. Then we can see her, okay?"

"Okay, Mommy," a disappointed child mumbles...

I can only guess the plan is for a place where Uncle Milton, Roy and Robbie can look out over their fiefdom in their old age and reminisce about all the downtown business owners they ripped-off. I wonder if Uncle Milton has plans for a gun turrent on the roof of his downtown geriatric center. He's going to need one when folks find out the truth about what he's been doing all these years.

By the way, in a bit of shameless self-promotion, my book, Reindeer Tales is available at Amazon and is a fun read for the entire family. You know, being that Christmas will be here in a few months.
