City Charges $1,350 For Right To Work

The City of Greensboro announced this week they will begin charging some citizens $1,350.oo per month for the right to work in downtown Greensboro. Are you one of those who will have to pay? Does the Constitution of the United States of America allow for actions such as this? Was Mayor Robbie Perkins really Benito Mussolini, the Duce of Fascism, in a previous life?

That's NICO's problem. Sounds like they're trying to make it everyone's problem.
