Former Greensboro City Councilman, Tom Phillips, had the following to say about Downtown Greensboro Inc. earlier today:
"As the cartoon character, Pogo, once said, " We have met the enemy and them is us." DGI will insure that downtown is pretty and quiet and then wonder why no one comes there anymore."
