So I replied back first telling them I knew they were stalling then sent a second PIRT asking for the names of the persons appointed by Mayor Robbie Perkins to oversee the restructuring of DGI that included Zack Matheny and Nancy Vaughan. It's as if city staff themselves are trying to make Zack look bad.
