Today Ben tells us of the Phongsavanh Market, 1810 Coliseum Blvd which was raided by Greensboro Police just last week. I decided to do a little research of my own:

According to the NC Secretary of State, SHREE GEE LLC was ordered administratively dissolved http://www.secretary.state.nc.us/corporations/Corp.aspx?PitemId=6197855 on March 18, 2004 and yet they still own and operate businesses in Greensboro today where crimes are being committed.
If a company has been administratively dissolved dissolved then that means the company has not been paying state and Federal taxes since before the date of its being dissolved. The City of Greensboro should be asking state and Federal agencies to seize any and all of their assets ASAP.
Why is the City of Greensboro issuing privilege licenses to businesses to operate on properties that are not in compliance with State and Federal laws when it's as easy as doing an Internet search?
There is no listing at the NC Secretary of State for The Phongsavanh Market. I suspect it is entirely under the table as well. There's an Oriental Market listed in Jacksonville, NC but none in Greensboro. GPD could have closed this operation years ago if they'd wanted to.
But of course you know these people are related to the people the City Council tried to give the Bessemer Shopping Center to-- the same people selling crack pipes and trading food stamps for beer and wine out of their convenience stores all over Greensboro. All very well connected to Greensboro's elites and thus the reason little changes despite Ben's heroic and I sincerely mean, heroic efforts.
Now remind me again why Greensboro didn't vote for Ben Holder for City Council?
