More Evidence Greensboro Is Going Down?

The Triad Business Journal is reporting that Greensboro remains a buyer's market for businesses:

"According to data provided by the website, the median asking price of businesses listed for sale in Greensboro/High Point was $212,000 in the second quarter, down from $222,000 a year ago."

The article reported that revenue is up but that selling prices are down-- could the lower selling prices be because business owners are cashing in and selling out to look for better markets in other cities or simply because they believe a crash is inevitable? Either way, it's time local leaders did something other than what they've always done.
