City Issues Certificate Of Occupancy To Heritage House Owner

Well the Heritage House tale just keeps getting stranger with every passing day. For example: on June 26, 2014, Jeffery Faith, owner of unit number 417 at Heritage House Condominiums was issued a Certificate Of Occupancy by none other than Jarod LaRue, Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Greensboro.

Then just a short time later, without having conducted another inspection the City of Greensboro condemns Mr Faith's very same apartment. How do you condemn a property immediately after giving that same said property a valid Certificate Of Occupancy?

Methinks the judge will see the water bill that went unpaid not by Mr Faith (his unit was unoccupied) but by the Homeowners Association, as grasping at straws on the part of the City of Greensboro as an excuse to close down and steal 177 privately owned properties at Heritage House.

Who is the Greensboro City Council covering for?
