How can the Rhino claim to have 70,000 weekly readers if Roy is only distributing about 17,500 issues per week, many of which don't get read?

Greensboro taxpayers pay Roy Carroll's Rhino to run ads for the Coliseum.
.
.
If $1,000 x 12 pages of ads per week = $12,000 per week.

$12,000 x 52 = $624,000 per year.
.
.
The Rhino appears to have about nine employees;

If the average salary of nine employees is $30,000 per year;

9 x $30,000 = $270,000 per year for payroll.
.
.
$624,000 total revenue - $270,000 per year for payroll = $350,000 per year for printing etc...

$350,000 / 52 = $6,731 per week for printing a 36 to 50 page paper, not including insurance, gas utilities etc...

Roy owns the building.

70,000 weekly readers?

Two per copy = 35,000 printed and read per week would do it.
.
.
For a 30,000, 16 page newspaper run = $2,991

http://www.makemynewspaper.com/classic-newsprint-prices
.
.
$2,991 /16 = $187 per page for 30,000 copies of a 16 page newspaper.

$187 / 30,000 = 6.2 cents per page
.
.
At a low ball 1 cent per page, for a 40 page newspaper;

$0.01 x 40 pages = at least $0.40 per newspaper per week

35,000 copies x $0.40 = $14,000 per week?
.
.
If the Rhino has no more than $6,731 per week to print a 36 to 50 page paper, not including insurance, gas utilities etc..., is Roy Carroll spending $14,000 per week?
.
.
If Roy is spending about $7,000 per week on printing;

The Rhino is a money losing enterprise.

$7,000 / $0.40 per paper = 17,500 issues per week.
.
.
How can the Rhino claim to have 70,000 weekly readers if Roy is only distributing about 17,500 issues per week, many of which don't get read?

If two people were to read each;

17,500 x 2 = 35,000 readers per week.
.
.
If about 5,000 don't get read each week;

17,500 - 5,000 = 12,500.
.
.
If two people read each one = 25,000
.
.
Two people usually don't read each one.

A claimant must prove that a defendant’s unfair or deceptive acts were the cause of the injuries the claimant incurred.

under the impression they reach 70,000 readers weekly
and it's not true,
taxpayers have been harmed by overpaying for ads
