Control Fraud enabled by Greensboro's News and Record and the City of Greensboro

"Some of the estimates for ticket sales and VIP parking money don't quite make up the $67.3 million in bond debt the city will accrue over 25 years under the new plan."

What estimates Joe?

Have you asked anyone whose job it is not to tow Council's line?
.
.
"Coliseum Director Matt Brown estimates the center will see 150 shows averaging a minimum of 200,000 per show.

Of that projected minimum attendance is accurate, the $1 ticket fee would have netted the local arts group fund $300,000 a year rather than $120,000."

Do you mean 2,000 per show Joe?

The $120,000 is going to happen, so the money is still going to be spent by the City.

Another $2 per show per the 149 estimate per AMS - 31 free shows = 118 shows with the ticket charge.

118 x 2,000 per show = 236,000

236,000 x 2 = $472,000 - $120,000 from the City = $352,000 plus maybe $80,000 from sold out VIP extra parking = $432,000 for a need of $652,000 per year.

You and Rick are $220,000 short per year, on top of the expected annual operating losses which you haven't mentioned yet.

When Wells Fargo 'investigated' my concerns, they only asked those who worked there who had something to lose.

You are doing the same thing, and you'll probably get away with it as well, so don't make like you're independent or not part of the establishment.

You will have helped commit control fraud on our community.

Won't be the first time, so I guess you're used to it.
