Justin Outling Violates State Ethics Law

In an article titled, Dirty pool: Justin Outling intervenes on city contract to protect interest of his firm’s client, Roch Smith jr is reporting that Greensboro City Councilman has acted in violation of North Carolina state ethics laws his position to block the awarding of a city contract from going to Cigna Health Insurance:

"Justin Outling abuses his city council position to help his firm’s client At this week’s city council meeting, however, there was such a brazen violation of ethical behavior, that it stood out as shocking."

And we're happy to report that Outling is no longer running unopposed. Roch updates his post to write:

"Update, 7/21/2017, 10:30 AM: Craig Martin has filed to run against Outling."
