I can't answer the question because I don't know the answer but after finding that Part 1 crimes, homicide, rape, robbery, assault, burglary, larceny and automobile theft are almost twice as common Downtown as they are in the little green circle I can't help but think Greensboro's rich elite might not want to attend downtown shows.
But, I could be wrong...
