You see, Robbie doesn't care if the site never fills up. As a commercial realtor handling the buying transactions he gets paid commissions for each and every parcel of land his company helps local governments buy. It's quite possible that because the buying has already begun in Randolph County that Robbie Perkins and NAI Piedmont is already realizing a profit.
As for how Robbie Perkins knew of Mr Griffin's plans to build a megasite less than 10 miles from Robbie's proposed megasite?
