RLF Communications, a City of Greensboro vendor, is moving into a downtown Greensboro location owned by Greensboro City Councilwoman Nancy Hoffmann. Some believe this will be reason for Ms Hoffmann to recuse herself from future votes involving City contracts with RLF.
