From the City of Greensboro's Assessment and Water Lien Search:
Could that mean the City of Greensboro is already making preparations to sell the property without going to court, without paying the property owners for the 177 properties stolen from them? Why turn on the water in a condemned, boarded-up, vacant building with no electricity?
And where are the families that were to be housed in hotels for only 2 weeks? Are their children now living on Greensboro's streets? Throwing people from the frying pan into the fire-- is this what we call a hero in Greensboro? And why isn't Greensboro Mayor Nancy Barakat Vaughan speaking up?
