It appears District 7 contains Roy Carroll's Center Pointe
and a bunch of new apartments,
whose voters may not be actually be counted at present.
That Nancy, Nancy, Zack, Marykay and Mike are in the same district
appears to not be a coincidence, based on this information.
Feels like some rigged the map
to concentrate the most opposing votes
into a single district,
to make some other districts more winnable,
while eliminating political opponents in the process.
