City of Greensboro Rhino Times Circulation Audit Information Request

As the Rhino Times now has a billboard which states;

"Over 70,000 readers each issue"  "As audited"

And as the City of Greensboro is the largest advertiser in the Rhino Times, please provide the audit which confirms the Rhino Times' 70,000 readers per issue.
