I crashed the Say Yes to Education and Say Yes Guilford meeting at Smith High School and passed out fliers asking the following questions;

1. How much money would it take to pay for every Guilford County High School graduate who was promised "a free college education" according to the News and Record's Susan Ladd and Say Yes to Education?

I handed out fliers and disrupted the egress of the crowd,
was verbally attacked by Say Yes supporters,
and no one other than those reading this
and those who were in attendance will know,
because our local news industry is just about worthless

2. What will Say Yes Guilford be paying to the Say Yes to Education Foundation each year?

If the news industry doesn't report the news,
it never happened in the public eye

3. What is the anticipated average per student scholarship expected to be for Guilford County's 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019's graduating classes?

4. What is the anticipated average per student scholarship for private universities expected to be for Guilford County's 2016 graduating class?

5. Now that Say Yes Guilford's Mary Vigue has asked the City of Greensboro for taxpayer funded City hand outs for free office space, what is the Guilford County School Board's view of the ethics of Say Yes to Education's hiring of Mary Vigue after she was tasked to lead the committee for the City of Greensboro Say Yes to Education initiative?

Classic Greensboro

Zack Matheny only different

6. How much of the $35 million in announced donations have been delivered to the Community Foundations of Greensboro and High Point?

7. What will the monies be invested in and at what cost for Guilford County's graduates?

8. What did Schoolhouse Partners, a fund raising organization mean by "Full Tuition Scholarship Incentive" stated twice at Guilford County School's Board of Education Retreat on October 3, 2015?

9. How many students will the "Full Tuition Scholarship Incentive" cover for 2016's graduating class, and what is the expected pay out by Say Yes Guilford [over the next ten years]?

If 4,000 students get $1,000 per year
and in 4 years there will be 16,000 students getting $1,000 per year,
how is Say Yes going to pay $16 million per year with $35 million?

Year One; $4 million from $35 million = 11.4%

Year Two; $8 million from $35 million = 22.8%

Year Three; $12 million from $35 million = 34%

Year Four; $16 million from $35 million = 46%

10. Why has Say Yes to Education and Guilford County Schools so far declined to provide their 2013 and 2014 IRS form 990's,  conflict of interest policy and ethics code?

4 + 8 + 12 + 16 = $40,000,000
from $35 million in four years?

11. Why have so many other Say Yes communities terminated their programs?

Mary Vigue declined to answer question 9.

She said she didn't know
in front of more than 100 people
who she had just told
their children's college tuition expenses would be covered
by $35 million, what they continue to raise,
and after all the 'costs' have been incurred
which Say Yes and Guilford County Schools
refuses to disclose.

12. How much did the administrators and others of the deceased programs make from the 'services' side of the initiative, relative to scholarships graduates received?

13. If Say Yes Guilford hires 20 to 40 employees, what is the estimate of ongoing costs of services etc..., and what affect will these extras have on the total value of gifted scholarships?

14. What is Say Yes Guilford's estimated annual payroll?

15. How much will Say Yes Guilford need to raise and make on the endowment each year to remain sustainable?

16. Why has Say Yes so far declined to provide all documentation and communications concerning the investment management fees for the endowment?

17. Why has Say Yes and Guilford County Schools so far declined to provide all documentation and communications involving the school system's due diligence concerning Say Yes to Education?

18. Why has Say Yes and Guilford County Schools so far declined to provide estimates for the amounts and number of scholarships to be distributed via Say Yes Guilford?

19. Why are most of Say Yes to Education's investments located in "CENTRAL AMERICA  AND THE CARIBBEAN"?

20. Why has Say Yes and Guilford County Schools so far declined to provide the expected salaries of Say Yes Guilford employees?

21. Why has Say Yes and Guilford County Schools so far declined to provide the percentage of the total amount to be given to students each year?

22. Why has Say Yes and Guilford County Schools so far declined to provide expected yearly fundraising costs?

23. Why has Say Yes and Guilford County Schools so far declined to state if  Say Yes Guilford is to be considered a fiduciary over the investment assets?

24. Why has Say Yes and Guilford County Schools so far declined to report if the investment managers will be considered fiduciaries?
