Survey Shows Greensboro Is Against Current Performing Arts Center Proposal

A quick recap on an ongoing survey of the proposed Greensboro Performing Arts Center yields the following results thus far:

55.6% of respondents say Greensboro can afford a performing arts center.
55.6% of respondents say Greensboro should not build a performing arts center.
55.6% of respondents say a performing arts center should be publicly owned.
55.6% indicate the performing arts center should not be incentivized by the City of Greensboro?
55.6% say Greensboro should invest taxpayers' dollars in ways that will directly increase profits for businesses?
55.6% tell us Greensboro's performing arts center should be located downtown.
87.5% believe that Matt Brown should not operate a Greensboro performing arts center.
88.9% of those who have taken the survey thus far are against the use of "certificates of participation."
66.7% say they will vote no should a bond referendum be placed on the November ballot.
88.9% believe my survey is fairly written.
