True to form, Mayor Robbie Perkins is holding an East Greensboro residents' summit on October 29 where he plans to show off a list of bogus accomplishments that include the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering which just happens to be a North Carolina State University that imports the vast majority of its students from outside of the United States of America and who then leave Greensboro after they graduate.
And that's helping East Greensboro how?
