No one knows who the buyer of Reedy Fork happens to be but with easy access to US29 the 742 acre track right next to the soon to be Interstate, it is looking like a great place for one of Roy Carroll's industrial parks. And being he already has industrial parks to the east and west it only makes sense he's be looking for locations to the north and south.
I'm not saying it's going to happen but if I lived in Reedy Fork and had a secret new neighbor who owned 4/5s of my neighborhood...
