Anybody remember Ben Holder ? Ben is a hero in my book. Ben did what I am doing only in a much bigger way. Ben exposed crooked cops in Greensboro and scared the crap out of them. Ben somehow got his hands on a copy of the report that Mitch Johnson and the City Council claimed proved Chief David Wray was guilty but when Ben leaked the entire report there was no such proof in it.
Because Ben was white they tried to accuse him of being racist but Ben worked for the Carolina Peacemaker and was married to a black woman with which he had 2 babies so that didn't fly. Eventually, GPD started searching Ben's trash cans and hacking into his website in attempts to get the IP addresses of the Anon commenters who were leaving tips there. Ben had to leave town for a while to keep his children safe. Ben is scared of nothing personally, but babies have to be cared for.
Ben also wrote on a lot of the same issues I write on as he had formerly worked as a code inspections officer for the City of Greensboro. Ben's blog is gone now to protect the innocent and I may well have to do the same someday. That's why I'm taking it off the blogs and to the streets in the hopes that if enough people get off their asses and raise their voices we can and will make a difference. Ben is a friend and a hero. Please come support me on the 29th of October 6-8 PM at Dudley High School as we take on the corrupt City Government that is robbing each and every one of you, your children and your grandchildren.
Because if you don't, everything I'm fighting for and everything my friend and hero, Ben Holder fought for is lost and you lose with it.
