The “charrette” process takes place October 16-18 in the lobby of the Elm Street Center, 203 S. Elm St.
“If you have ideas you want to share about what the building should look like and where it should be located, this is the opportunity for you to make your voice heard,” said Louise Brady, Chair of the Task Force. “The open meetings are an interactive opportunity for residents to work alongside architects and designers to create a vision for the building. This will be a creative and collaborative experience.”
Residents can attend three sessions dedicated to various aspects of the performing arts center’s design, including:
Tuesday, October 16 – 6-9 pm – Work sessions focused on arts in Greensboro, suggested programming and uses, potential sites, building character and more;
