Amanda Lehmert blogged Friday that Mayor Robme Perkins has launched a plan to end the practice of making property owners pay for curbs and gutters when the City of Greensboro improves streets. Sounds good but as is always the case with Amanda's reporting, she never asks the tough questions like, who is the developer behind this plan?
What? You thought Robme was going to do something because it was the right thing to do?
If this passes Council I'll be starting up petition drives very soon to get curbs and gutters installed on any number of East Greensboro streets including two I can see from my window.
