Here's some things the interview didn't cover but should have:
Short sale and the loss the bank will take
Newbridge loan and board issue
Fact that his loan has been assigned to a special servicer
His past 5 years income of 500K/yr
Tax lien on Centerpointe
House versus Center Pointe. He can make payments on the condo he lives in but not on the house his daughter lives in?
Blaming this on his ex wife and her unwillingness to sign contract when it was in-fact his refusal to make payments that brought about the foreclosure.
Fact that he didn't disclose this until blogs and the media brought it out
Most smart business persons set back withholding throughout the year, even deducting it from their paychecks-- even when working on commission-- just like they do with their employees-- does Robbie Perkins not do the same?
The City of Greensboro saw a recession coming but Robbie Perkins didn't see it coming?
How about the hostile takeover that allowed Mayor Perkins to steal the business from his first wife's father?
Or how about the fact that the Mayor is behind on his child support? They put poor men in jail for that.
What else is he hiding?
