Greensboro Forclosures To Rise 21%

And Greensboro's elites think we can afford to waste tax dollars on a downtown performing arts center. That's right, according to the News & Record,

"Greensboro is expected to see a 21 percent increase in foreclosure activity this year."

Add to that a lowering of property values in neighborhoods of foreclosed homes means the City takes in less property tax. But the GPAC task force would have us believe there is money to burn. But hey, I'm a poet, a singer, a performing artist, what would I know, right?
