If Greensboro's Leaders Were Really Interested In Economic Development 19

Instead of a silly contest to determine how to spend $1.25 Million Dollars outside of our communities at the airport as the Mayor of Greensboro has already declared would be the outcome of the contest, our "leaders" would have quickly taken charge of the funding and used it for economic development in any of Greensboro's less fortunate communities in a way that could be expanded and duplicated into all of Greensboro's communities including someday when the under-served have been served, Greensboro's more prosperous communities.

You see, had they cared they would have learned of the capillary effects of trickle up.

Now if you'll excuse me I'm off to help with Burlington's economic development where they still seem to get it. Okay, maybe not but they stay out of the way.
