I still don't understand how anyone can claim 43% is an audit. That would be like being stopped by the police for suspicion of illegal drug possession while driving your car down the road and the cops only searching 43% of your car.
Update: Then there's the searches that only covered 38%, 45% and 29% respectively. Nope, no drugs found there either.
