They would do away with the City of Greensboro's Public Relations Department. PR departments are the most useless thing any city could ever employ. They make nothing, fix nothing and in the end only make solving the problems harder. PR just gets in the way. The only thing public relations professionals excel at is wasting OPM (other people's money.) If they were forced to make decisions based on rational and were expected to actually get results they would go about it completely differently.
But hey, we all know and this series has long since proven they don't care about economic development in Greensboro. All they really care about is covering their own asses.
