Dr. Goldie Wells at wdistmissy@aol.com announces that there will be an emergency meeting of the Citizens for Economic and Environmental Justice (CEEJ) on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at Laughlin United Methodist Church 1417 Huffine Mill Road

Mayor Robbie Perkins will discuss a new design for the Renaissance Shopping Center.

Come and share your thoughts and ideas.
We need your presence and your input."

Goldie Wells has teamed with Mayor Robbie Perkins to turn her back on East Greensboro and destroy the effort to build a community owned co-op in the Renaissance Shopping Center. Vote buying and influence peddling in an effort to get reelected and the sell his plans for the Florida Street Extension across the A&T Farm-- that's what this is about.

In a recent meeting of the Renaissance Community Co-op, Goldie Wells told the group we might have to compromise on Florida Street to get the co-op.

Perkins is trying to hold East Greensboro hostage. Remember that come November.
