We learn from one of our anonymous coward commenters that Roy Carroll's planned Bee Safe Storage 1016 Battleground Ave, Greensboro, North Carolina is to be built in a flood plain. Possible customers of Bee Safe Storage will probably want to take that into account before they pay Greensboro's richest property developer to use the $5 Million Dollar, 84,000-square-foot, climate-controlled storage facility.
I think I would ask if my personal property was insured against flood damages then document everything I place inside. And hire a good lawyer as word about town is Roy is a cheapskate that cheated his own father out of the family business. Better yet, store your stuff somewhere else.
