Well, so much for downtown Greensboro's nightlife. So much for great restaurants. So much for the arts, great housing, greenways and all the modern amenities that make for a great downtown. Roy Carroll has done got pissed-off and decided to turn Downtown Greensboro into another of his industrial parks starting with the warehouses.

So what's next for Downtown, a chemical factory? Trucking terminals? Robbie's auto plant? And how will DGI recruit new businesses into warehouses? Pretty mini storage, now that's leadership!
