Want economic development in Greensboro? Deal with it. Yesterfrickingday! No CEO is going to bring his wife and children to a city whose #1 major east-west thoroughfare is unsafe to drive for fear of armed robbers and highway men. And remember: From that location it's only 5 minutes to Irving Park, the most exclusive and sought after address in the entire state of North Carolina.
