If Greensboro's Leaders Were Really Interested In Economic Development 50

They would raise the bar for leaders themselves.

 In business, one has to meet maximum standards to rise above the competition and become successful. In Greensboro, government leaders rise to the top by meeting "ethical and legal minimums."

But then, nobody ever accused Greensboro's "leaders" of giving a damn about economic development and until we retire the current crop of leaders no one ever well.
