There was no reason why one of 9 Greensboro City Council members could not have made a motion as part of some sort of effort to derail the scam to give the Bessemer Shopping Center and $2 Million Dollars in taxpayer funding to what we now know are millionaire tax evaders who owe back taxes to the City of Greensboro except that no one on Council cared enough to stop it.
