This is Bullshit! Yes, the weather causes the pipes to shift but if the pipes were not already falling apart it wouldn't be a problem. This is like saying the rain is the reason your roof leaks when you've known for years the hurricane blew all your shingles off before it started raining:
Why is it that no one from the City of Greensboro can speak the truth? Could it be they are afraid to admit our 100 year old infrastructure is crumbling? Or have they "lost" the money that was supposed to be spent keeping the infrastructure in repair? Why are such simple things twisted right before the public's eyes and ears?
