Nancy Hoffmann Learning Together

Among Nancy Hoffmann's campaign contributions is a check from William Cassell, who along with his partner, Randal R Kaplan, are the owners of WLC, LLC, the parent company of The Learning Together Company who employs none other than Centerpointe resident and former NC House of Representatives hopeful, Theresa Yon, aka, axleskater.

According to the NC Secretary of State, Randal R Kaplan is the owner of multiple Greensboro businesses   including Tarco Realty, Llc located at 123 S. Elm Street just a couple of blocks from the latest proposed location for the downtown Greensboro Performing Arts Center. Other Kaplan owned businesses include:

Battle Crossing I, LLC
CAPSULE GROUP, LLC
GOLDEN TOUCH OF BATTLEGROUND, LLC
GOLDEN TOUCH OF KERNERSVILLE, LLC
GOLDEN TOUCH REALTY OF KERNERSVILLE, LLC
THE RANDALL R. KAPLAN FAMILY FOUNDATION

So I began with the office address of Tarco Realty, Llc,  123 S. Elm Street and learned that it is owned by Regent Holdings Llc of 302 Kemp Road West. And who lives at 302 Kemp Road West? Randal R and Kathy E Kaplan.

Oh, and this one, Bedford Properties, Llc   in which his brother, Leonard Kaplan and Bernard Gutterman are listed as managers. Didn't Leonard Kaplan just promise $5 Million Dollars to the GPAC? I'm almost certain that was who the media made such a big deal about even though I thought it bogus.

Are Nancy and Susan related to Bernard Gutterman?

Bernard Gutterman once operated The Gutterman Foundation but it has since been dissolved. I wonder what happened to all that money. He also represented Vendor Financial Services Inc. a New Jersey company whose license to do business in North Carolina was revoked in 1997.  Ouch.

Seven recent studies from the National Academy of Sciences concluded with the following:

"Seven studies using experimental and naturalistic methods reveal that upper-class individuals behave more unethically than lower-class individuals. In studies 1 and 2, upper-class individuals were more likely to break the law while driving, relative to lower-class individuals. In follow-up laboratory studies, upper-class individuals were more likely to exhibit unethical decision-making tendencies (study 3), take valued goods from others (study 4), lie in a negotiation (study 5), cheat to increase their chances of winning a prize (study 6), and endorse unethical behavior at work (study 7) than were lower-class individuals. Mediator and moderator data demonstrated that upper-class individuals’ unethical tendencies are accounted for, in part, by their more favorable attitudes toward greed."

I think they've described Greensboro Councilwoman Nancy Hoffmann and her friends to the tee.

Hell Day? Not any more, now it's Hell Week here at East Greensboro Performing Arts Center. And folks, if you think this is all I've got... Then apparently this is the first time you have ever read this website. And remember folks, these are the people you are paying to teach your children.
