Stanhope Johnson is proposing to buy partial ownership interests from Robbie Perkins in the following companies: Piedmont Triad Commercial Properties, Greenlea 68 Land llc. Greensboro Centers Llc, Pooler Partners Llc, and Shamrock Capital Partners I Llc for a sum of $100,000.
