Fraud In The Gerbing Incentive Package
A series of e-mails including City of Greensboro public information releases came to my attention today that seem to indicate there may have been fraud, lies and corruption involved in the recent City of Greensboro incentive package to Gerbing that enticed the Stoneville, North Carolina sports clothing manufacturer to move their corporate offices to downtown Greensboro but as others are working to release a more in-depth account of the story I'll not go any farther.
