From today's News & Record editorial:

I was making that exact same argument before the White Street Landfill was closed. This city is being run by morons and the News & Record is in the morons' pockets. A waste-to-energy plant will become a major economic development center for which ever Piedmont Triad city that has the guts and foresight to build it first. All the other municipalities will eventually pay to use it.
