Going For The Big Score

I've always looked at the way police departments handle vice and thought their methods inherently flawed. The very idea that you wait around knowingly allowing people to break the law while waiting to make that big bust destroys lives and entire neighborhoods. I know because I've watched it happen too many times. Now Ben Holder reports on Greensboro's failed efforts at catching the kingpins and the problems it creates in the very neighborhoods where you live.

"Bottom line is this, people are being left at risk.  That trumps the big trophy mentality the local authorities have.  Are the girls working at these places by choice or force?  They certainly have huge signs of human trafficking.  Are the people living next to the brothels in any danger? Would you be okay with your daughter getting off the school bus in the same parking lot as a brothel?"

Well, would you? Would men who would kidnap girls in Asia and sell them as sex slaves in America be above kidnapping American girls and selling them somewhere else?
