I was posed the following question today: Remember the infrastructure issues for GPAC and the fact that no one had done any estimate of costs? I wonder about now, now that there are so many projects associated with the direct vicinity will there be costs to the City of Greensboro they're not telling us about?
I replied: "The downtown infrastructure will be taxing. Double entendre intended."
Remember: It will cost well in excess of $1 Million Dollars a mile to expand sewer capacity from downtown to the sewer treatment plant in Mcleansville. And I'm betting it costs 5 times that much. And that is for sewer alone.
And why is it city officials never discuss this publicly? Are they afraid something might stick?
