As of some time today, July 1, 2014, the City of Greensboro will be placing public records requests online so anyone can see them. At least that is what the City claims they will be doing.
It's my understanding that only new requests submitted today and later will be placed online but don't quote me as it was a telephone conversation.
Update: Sarah Healey emailed me today to let me know the new system is up and running and can be found online at Greensboro PIRT requests. Anyone can submit and view outstanding and past PIRT requests via that same online form.
