What it is not is a court order giving the City of Greensboro the right to resell the property even though that intent has already been announced by members of the Greensboro City Council:
Thousands of other condominiums across Greensboro and across the nation successfully share ownership-- why is it deemed impossible for Heritage House? Because it's a land grab, that's why!
Another very interesting portion of the document is the following paragraph: Click on the image to view full size.
How is it that a letter dated July 30, 2014 is announcing that hearings will take place at 10:00 AM on July 30, 2014? Can you say, Kangaroo Court? What good is an appeal to stay in your home after you've been dragged out by police officers? Can you say rigged jury? You do know that the assistant district attorney here in Guilford County is Councilwoman Yvonne Johnson's daughter? You knew that, right? And she's running for clerk of court.
Or is it perhaps documentation made up after the fact? After I asked to see it. It will be interesting to find out which it is. It says it was cc owners and occupants-- was it and when? Were they given opportunity to find legal representation?
You'll notice there's an Administrative Inspection Warrant For Particular Condition Or Activity dated the day before. This is something the City of Greensboro could have gotten months or even years ago to allow building inspectors to go in. You know, if they'd wanted to. If someone wasn't planning to stage a land grab.
And the final document sent to me was the Affidavit To Obtain Administrative Inspection Warrant For Particular Condition Or Activity. This is the form the City had to fill out and present to the magistrate in order to get the Administrative Inspection Warrant. This is something that building inspectors and police officers do on a daily basis and had the City of Greensboro "leaders" not been directing the Code Enforcement Department away from Heritage House their officers would have taken it on their own to do it a long time ago.
Remember folks, if our Fascist Mayor Vaughan and Councilman Barber can do this to the people who bought their homes in Heritage House Condominium they can do it in your neighborhood too. As a matter of fact, the City of Greensboro admits to having done it to my neighborhood:
"This lively community began to wind down in the late 1950s and 1960s when, under the guise of "urban renewal," thousands of people and more than 80 businesses (many minority-owned) were displaced. Most of those businesses never reestablished."
That's right, thousands. It's the same thing just hundreds instead of thousands. They did the same thing to the Warnersville Community:
"Warnersville was a victim of the city's urban renewal program in the 1960's. Its intent was to remove the perceived blithe associated with the community and to build affordable housing.
In doing so they destroyed the good with the bad. Lost was all of the beautiful architecture found in many of the old stately homes and especially the churches. Many black owned businesses were demolished without giving them the opportunity to reestablish in the community."
Anywhere the poor and minorities live in Greensboro the Irving Park elites try and push us out so they can take what is ours and sell it back to us again and again. They don't want us to remain established as then they lose control over us. I've witnessed it go on for 50 plus years.
As always, please share this post with everyone you know so that all will know the truth.
