Rhino Times' Roy Carroll Advertisement as a News Story which admits Trudy Wade's Council Culling plan is Roy's

From December 4th;

"Rhino Times Publisher and President of the Carroll Companies Roy Carroll spoke at the Greensboro Merchants Association City Briefing on Tuesday morning at the Merchants Association office on Commerce Place.

Roy gave a brief history of the Carroll Cos., which he started with his father in the early ’80s, and then he bought his father out when he decided to retire, leaving Roy as the sole owner.

He said one of their new ventures along with the Rhino Times is Bee Safe Storage, which provides upscale storage units in buildings that look more like offices, and he has plans for 20 in the Southeast.

...He said the price point for the apartments in Bellemeade Village would be between CityView at Southside and Center Pointe.  And the Hyatt Place hotel on the corner of Bellemeade and Eugene would be less than the nearby Marriott.

...He said that Center Pointe was now 80 percent occupied...

Really?

Roy also said that he would like to see more business people on the City Council, and one way he thought that could be accomplished was to cut the members of the council from nine to seven, and go to staggered four-year terms, so that the councilmembers are not constantly running for reelection."

Roy's billboard is now saying there are 70,000 Rhino Times readers.

Anybody believe it?
