Brian Wise will be filling Seat #19. Mr Wise is General Counsel and Vice President of Finance at The Carroll Companies (as in Roy Carroll) and will represent At Large – as if Roy isn't large enough. He was appointed by the bored directors who are appointed by Roy.
His term expires 12/31/2016 and replaced the seat being vacated by Al Leonard due to tenure.
