Rumor has it that last week former Greensboro Mayor Robbie Perkins met with City Councilwoman Nancy Hoffman and Sue Schwartz in an effort to get City Staff to push to rezone property at Hobbs and Friendly from residential to commercial.
Why would such a rumor be circulating? Has Robbie been behind these rezoning efforts all these years?
